The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for acquisition of business-critical data, assimilation of data for purposes of analysis, business operations and reporting against data to deliver information and insights needed. Reporting needed includes standardized reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis for internal and external customers. Data sources include internal business systems as well as third-party systems. The Sales Operations Analyst must understand data acquisition practices and be able to successfully work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain the data needed. Most importantly, this individual must understand and demonstrate the correlation of analysis to business objectives and be able to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to internal and external key stakeholders.

The Sales Operations Analyst acts as a liaison between VRI and current and potential customers and is accountable for the successful operations of data exchange and analysis of data

Salary Rate: $60,000 to $80,000

• Serves as a liaison and subject matter expert between VRI and internal and external key stakeholders
• Accountable for ongoing successful data exchange processes with external and internal parties
• Gather and analyze substantial amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively
• Conduct analysis and modeling that translates data into actionable insights and supports business development, sales, and member outcomes
• Identify trends, advise internal and external parties, and recommend actions based on sound analysis
• Create and maintain DOMO cards and other presentations of data analytics
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports monthly and ad-hoc
• Maintain access to, and security of, extremely sensitive materials, such as PHI (Protected Health Information)
• Develops and maintains an understanding of company business processes, the information/data required and generated
• Maintain project productivity and quality goals

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• GED or High School Diploma is required
• Prior experience as a business or data analyst or comparable experience required
• Self-starter that is eager to grow and learn
• Be a technology advocate and helping to identify technical opportunities that will enhance the end-user experience
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization internally and externally
• Demonstrated experience with SQL required
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
