We are looking for a Routing Clerk to join our team in our Miami office!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review of Order status Report (PKS004) New WMOS system training to determine priorities
  • Familiarize and train to use Customer Routing Instructions, and request routing accordingly.
  • Daily Coordination with designated Manager in Dublin who will supply shipping, Call dates and ship windows per customer
  • Review and change of orders that were scheduled to ship prior day and did not because of an issue.
  • Routing request of orders, revising information in Essentus, creating documents for shipping, and closing of Bills in the system once shipped.
  • Extension requests and instructions must be in writing and part of what is sent to imaging.
  • Issue of 3PL Invoices for Export orders.
  • Putting together of Shipping logs and back up documents for orders shipped daily and BYE EMAIL to the Billing Department
  • Adding to Image all back up Bills and documents needed for Compliance to fight Customer Chargebacks.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient with Google Drive/Applications or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to use PKMS and business objects.
  • Basic Reading/Mathematical Computation Skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year in a data entry.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to handle Stress, and Noise levels in a warehouse environment
