The RN Clinical Liaison is a dynamic clinical leader, responsible for new client development; Supports JFSA Caring at Home by providing comprehensive clinical care and client education, building relationships in the professional community, and generating referrals for both skilled home health and private duty home care.

Supervision Exercised:
Home health aide field staff, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Current RN License (State of Ohio).

Experience:
2 years prior clinical experience, 1 year experience in a home care or hospice setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid RN license in Ohio.
Current Ohio Driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Current TB test or chest x-ray.
Current BLS/CPR certification
COVID-19 vaccination
