Retail Sales Associate- $500 Sign On Bonus Job at Naples Soap Company
We are looking for an experienced sales associate for a luxury skin and wellness brand for our Coconut Point store in Estero. You will be responsible for sales activities. We are looking for goal-oriented professionals, with sales experience, who love to sell and work in a team environment. We have a comprehensive product training program.
There are additional monthly bonuses when the store reaches in monthly goals.
We also offer a $500 sign on bonus; 1/2 paid after 90 days, 1/2 paid after 180 days.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
- You “go the extra mile” to drive sales
- You maintain stock and the appearance of the store
- You actively seek out and engage with customers in-store
- You remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
- You work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
- You build trusting relationships with customers
Requirements & Qualifications:
- You have previous experience as a sales associate
- You are proficient in the English language
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
- You are customer service focused
- You are Available: Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have a High School diploma or GED preferred
- Direct deposit is required
