Salmon Creek 2 full time, Evenings: Monday through Friday, 2:45p to 11:30p

Full time, float: requires flexibility to work at a variety of locations and varying shifts to include evenings and a minimum of two weekends per month.

Salmon Creek 2 part time, Weekends Early: Saturday and Sunday, 6:30a to 5:00p ( transition to weekends after successful completion of full time training)
Pay range start at $41.50/hr. and goes up based on experience.
Evening and weekend differentials available!
Responsibilities include

Using assessment skills to triage patients according to protocol
-
Work the RN in-basket for provider in-basket results, patient MyChart messages, RN call pool, routing results, referrals.

Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile set up, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, phlebotomy.

Must work independently and as a team member and be able to wear a mask all day, including an N95 in cases where protocol directs.

Need strong interpersonal skills to receive and make phone calls to other departments, patients and peers.

Critical thinking skills to use resources and follow protocols and policies and strong time management skills to prioritize workflow.
Required qualifications

Current, unencumbered Washington RN license.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Health Care Provider certification at time of hire.

Work independently while functioning as a team member.

Organize and prioritize workflow.

Must have reliable and predictable attendance.

Pay Range:
$37.92 - $56.87

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
