Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis, an independent and assisted living campus in Minneapolis, is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.In addition to generous benefits, we’re offering a $5,000 Bonus!

Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood. We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible positionworking 10 days/pay period and on-call every 4th weekend. Shift: Day, 6:30 am- 2:30 pm.

Pay: $32 - $40 / hour depending on experience

Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Registered Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred, but new grads will be considered!
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
