We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Nurse Leader who has a passion for patient care and teamwork to manage the administrative and clinical functions in our expanding high-volume gastrointestinal procedural suite located in White Plains, New York.

The GI Procedural Nurse Manager will oversee all staff and daily clinical operations of the procedural program. The candidate will manage and lead program initiatives, safety protocols, and monitor clinical and operational workflows. The candidate will act as the primary resource and liaison for our gastroenterologists and medical team.

The Manager responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing excellent organizational, administrative, supervisory, and budget management skills to execute patient-centered care
• Motivating a diverse staff, lead a team, and communicate effectively
• Acting as the principal day-to-day administrative, clinical, and operational manager and liaison to Administration and other AMP departments
• Participating in strategic practice development, and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Overseeing all aspects of the fiscal affairs, human resources, clinical operations, Information Technology and administration of the office
• Implementing and enforcing operating policies, procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining physician and staff schedules
• Conducting staff interviews, orientations, and performance evaluations, and support staff development
• Monitoring medical equipment maintenance repairs and ordering clinical and procedural supplies and inventory
• In conjunction with corporate credentialing department, assure all renewals of licenses, DEA, hospital privileges, etc. are completed in a timely manner
• Supporting the clinical team and performing registered nurse clinical duties, when needed.

Education and Experience requirements:

• RN License; BLS and ACLS Certifications, required
• Minimum 3 years RN experience with a least 1 year in procedural or equivalent setting, required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant manager, administrative, and program planning experience, required
