Registered Nurse/LPN: Every Other Weekend Job at Azura Memory Care
The RN/LPN is responsible for providing professional and quality person centered care for residents with Alzheimer?s disease, other types of dementia and residents with other medical or nursing needs to promote their highest well-being.
Tasks:
- Perform ongoing assessment and assists ED/designee to revise plan of care based on new data and resident?s condition
- Weekly after hours call and weekend/holiday call rotations as assigned
- Monitoring of electronic charting, including observations, incident and fall reports. Follow-up emails to Director of Clinical Services & Compliance, Regional Director of Operations, and Executive Director on any incomplete reports or any serious clinical concern regarding a resident.
- Conducts state approved Medication, Standard Precautions, and First Aid Training, once an approved trainer, as needed.
- Provides education and training to team members monthly or as needed to ensure best clinical practice is being performed.
