Responsibilities:

• Able to relate positively with others, including employees, residents, family members, and personnel of outside agencies and organizations.

• Demonstrate RN clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet job requirements.

• Provide excellent resident care, implement physicians' orders, administer medications, perform treatments, assessments, documentation, and ensure completion of other assignments effectively and promptly.

• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.

• Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment, be compassionate, have excellent bedside manners, and have attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Current Iowa Or Compact RN license

• CPR certified

• Flexible Scheduling: Hillcrest Healthcare Center will offer “Go Where-Ever Needed” schedule platform for willing Nursing Employees. Employees who work on this designated schedule plan will earn an additional premium in addition to their base pay of $12/HR in addition to base hourly rate. To be eligible to work the “Go Where-Ever Needed” scheduling platform Nursing Employees must work a minimum of 20 hours a week and be willing to pick up open available shifts not already scheduled to regular full time or part time staff. To receive the additional premium employees must not call off during the designated pay period.
