Role + Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development, in collaboration with stakeholder groups, through analysis of territory and resource allocation: Industry diversity, customer makeup, and competitive opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting by utilizing all available resources and tools.
  • Pursue, qualify, develop, lead and close mid and high-level project opportunities by utilizing all available resources and tools, including CRM, data analytics, and support resources.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans by working with our representative partners, and other key stake holders to set performance goals and achieve sales targets.

Qualification + Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; plus at least 5 years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project pursuit and project development skills
  • Several successful years of managing a sales team or rep organization
  • Direct sales experience within a comparable industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the territory
