A glance at your day to day:

• You'll bring the life to innovative recruiting strategies to support the growing needs of the business.
• Leverage resources, process and strategy for developing candidate pipelines.
• Strategically partner with stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience for every candidate that engages with ATS.
• Continuously build trusting relationships with hiring managers to navigate and consult through challenging decisions.

Preferred skills, already under your belt:

• 3+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience with recent experience recruiting sales professionals.
• Recruiting experience at a progressive, fast-paced, high-growth company with multiple locations preferred.
• Creative sourcing approach with a passion for passive candidate outreach.
• Ability to quickly grasp the ATS Employee Value Proposition and convey it to potential candidates.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Team player with a high sense of urgency to interact across the organization.
• A growth mindset and truly flexible - shifting tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
• Proven experience navigating and foreseeing potential roadblocks and offering innovative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
