Job Title: Recruiter - Corporate, Cincinnati, OH
Location: CorporateProvide Legendary Customer Service by ensuring BEI attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. The successful candidate will seek out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, inviting them to apply, screening candidates through phone/video/face-to-face interviews, administer appropriate recruiting testing, place strong candidates in open BEI positions and assist with handling hiring paperwork and onboarding/orientation process.
Responsibilities:
Duties include the following:
- Collaborate with company managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs in order to design and implement overall company recruiting strategy.
- Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Any other duties as requested or required.
- Prepare recruitment materials, post jobs and source / attract candidates using various sources such as appropriate job boards, colleges, social media networks, recruiting agencies, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Work with the Director of HR to onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated in BEI systems, processes, procedures, policies and culture.
- Maintain and regularly provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to BEI Management
- Act as a point-of-contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Continuously promote BEI’s reputation as providing Legendary Customer Service.
- Any other duties as requested or required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Preferred Proven, hands-on work experience as a Recruiter either in-house or a with staffing agency experience involved in attracting, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (screens, structured, behavioral, competency-based, stress/sales, etc.)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone, video interviewing, face-to-face, reference checks, etc.)
- Ability to source and utilize skills assessments
- Professionally represent and design innovative recruiting methods particularly in the trades
- Good computer skills including a familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Assertive enough to meet deadlines and push others to meet deadlines but sensitive enough not to offend co-workers.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability and continual attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Good at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.

- Able to train on the equipment and understand the business by visiting department and learning our sales and operations.

- Impeccable attendance record with the priority to set work and personal schedules so as not to conflict with critical HR and recruiting responsibilities deadlines.
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed (approximately 30% - 40% of the time.
