The Women’s Recovery Program provides a voluntary, 3-6 month women’s residential program for the treatment of a substance use disorder and co-occurring enhanced disorder(s). Referrals are provided through various treatment facilities and hospital units throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The women will have access to registered nurses and on-site psychiatric assistance with the ultimate goal of achieving sobriety and stability.
These individuals will provide guidance and direction to residents and oversee resident activities to ensure conformance with program policies, and participate in ensuring the day to day operations of the program support the culture of recovery.
Positions, Part Time:
Saturday & Sunday 7am - 3pm
Sunday & Monday 3pm - 11 pm
Friday & Saturday 11 pm - 7 am
Per Diem schedules are also available.

Requirements:Requirements include CPR-First Aid certification and is trained in Overdose Prevention / Narcan, a demonstrated knowledge of the human services field with a special knowledge in substance use and co-occurring disorders within the Recovery Home model of treatment. These individuals must possess a base of knowledge from introductory courses in addiction and co-occurring disorders as well as course experience in the skills and techniques of a Recovery Specialist. Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC); Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor II (LADC-II; or LADC-Asst.) certification(s) preferred.
