Receptionist | Media Assistant Job at Na’ava Skin Care Spa
Receptionists/Media Assistants are responsible for greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming environment at Na'ava Skincare Spa while providing administrative and creative promotional/marketing support to our media operations. The ideal candidate should carry strong social media skills, a visually intuitive eye for graphics and design/style, and be aware of current trends across platforms. We are looking for a bright and detailed candidate with a high level of professionalism and proficient decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Book and confirm appointments
- Call/text and register clients to reschedule canceled appointments and follow up on next visits
- Organize and double-check daily reports, analog and digital files/forms, and drives
- Check emails, texts, and social media DMs for client inquiries and comments
- Greet arriving clients and complete established check-in procedures/forms to ensure that clients are taken care of and satisfied; prep and clean treatment rooms before and after treatment
- Help create engaging content/graphics to post and market on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook); Know how to record and edit together videos and still photos
- Update/revamp Google, Bing, and Yelp business profiles/suites, website, source materials, etc. that align with the brand image
- Handle card and cash transactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must know how to use Google Chrome & Suite, Microsoft Edge & Office, and be able to adapt between different (system) programs
- Strong proficiency in Canva (effects, animations, etc.) Wix or WordPress, Photoshop/Illustrator, and/or other video/photo editing apps
- Excellent customer service, organization, and professional communication and writing skills
- Team-oriented and partners well with others to achieve goals
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and with interruptions
- Bilingual Speaker
Preferred:
- Tech-savvy, quick-witted, adaptable, and out-of-the-box thinker
- Flexible schedule with Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday availability
- Comfortable with changes in schedule shifts
