What You Will Be Doing:

Reporting to the Director, Housekeeping, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Safely gather all cleaning supplies and return them daily.
• Complete all assigned cleaning duties in designated area.
• Service and restock housekeeping closets.
• Vacuum floors in public areas.
• Remove stains, wall spots, and floor spots with appropriate chemicals.
• Wipe glass, pictures, windows, and public telephone areas.
• Clean public restrooms and replace products.
• Service the colleague locker rooms.
• Report any engineering problems or repairs to Housekeeping Manager or Engineering Department.
• Must be able to work closely with supervisors when assigned projects are delegated.
• Report any maintenance items immediately to supervisor.
• Heavy duty cleaning is required on PM shift.
• May be required at times to assist in other areas.
• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
• Other duties as assigned

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred

· Strong guest service orientation

· Able to balance a variety of conflicting priorities while providing guest service

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

· Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or up to 25 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Visa Requirements: Must have proof of valid U.S. work authorization.
