TGI Direct is looking for a Project Manager to join our team! TGI Direct is a leading partner in data support, printing capabilities, fulfillment services, and experts in personalized communications.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will work with the Sales and Senior Project Manager to assist in all job-related activity, such as job entry, change requests, and identifying specifications. They will play a key role in Client Relations and work to coordinate with all internal departments to make sure that each project is handled in the best way possible for profitability and client satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Works with Senior Project Manager and completes all assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Coordinates costs based on job specification, to provide estimate to client.
• Coordinates internal engineering meetings as necessary, including providing business analytics as needed.
• Responsible for reviewing and providing proofs to clients, identifying client timing, and reporting timing and requirements, including job samples to responsible departments.
• Conducts project timeline and resource assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
• Responsible for entering and coordinating all job-related tasks and assignments and routing to the appropriate departments.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
• Determines reporting requirements needed for the client.
• Acts as a liaison and responsible for direct communication between company, client, and vendors.
• Ensures invoicing is in alignment with statement of work, quotes, and change orders.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least three to five years of related experience required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Print and Mail industry experience preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications desired.
