As a Project Manager at Flooid, you will manage customer relationships, revenue generation, and multiple project deliverables in a profitable manner. This role has great flexibility and the opportunity to work on a global scale with our wider Professional Services team.

Primary duties include:

• Developing and maintaining extensive, strong and long-term positive relationships with current and prospective customers
• Driving strategic programs and initiatives under the product segment, while building positive working relationships across the global organization
• Effectively communicating and managing customer expectations with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction
• Managing for the portfolio profitability, including customer P+L, project estimates, budgets, forecasts and expense management, and conducting regular business reviews
• Strategically planning, prioritizing and balancing a variety of customer commitments
• Anticipating risks and obstacles that could impede effective customer deliveries
• Using discretion and independent judgment, when appropriate and in line with company best practices, to address and resolve customer satisfaction issues
• Traveling to and working at customer sites, when required

The skills and experience we would like you to have:

• A degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience
• Demonstrated practical experience with standard project management methodologies and techniques
• Prior experience in the retail technology area, with software delivery experience being highly desired
• Strong technical awareness and the ability to understand the reasoning and implications of technical decisions
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex problems
• Exceptional organization skills and comfort prioritizing multiple commitments under tight timescales
• Innovative thinking to create and recognize inspired solutions – thinking “outside the box”
