We are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst for our Woodville, WI facility on 1st shift, Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 11 am.

Position Summary

The Database Analyst will focus on software development and systems analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field of study – or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of LAN/WAN administration and desktop support.
  • High degree of initiative along with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Installs troubleshoot systems.
  • Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.
  • Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients.
  • Programs the computer by encoding and adding project requirements in computer language.
  • Maintains the company website.
  • Confirms program operation by conducting tests.
  • Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements.
  • Provides custom reports using database and report-writing tools.
  • Responds to IT-related issues and provides support where necessary.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Keeps equipment operational by calling for repairs and following manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Protects the company by keeping information confidential.

Use time effectively to meet or exceed Company’s requirements.
Advise Supervisor of problem areas.
Perform an acceptable amount of work with few or no errors.
Works independently with little or no direction.
Internal and/or External Relationships

Work with co-workers and Supervisor.
Work in conjunction with quality department on reject disposition.
Act as point person for customer communication.
Perform Routine Maintenance of All Equipment Utilized
Maintain all equipment in good working order during daily operations.
Adhere to established preventive maintenance plan.
Make recommendations for equipment maintenance to Supervisor.
Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Area
