TikTok enables anyone to be a creator, and encourages users to share their passion and creative expression through their videos. Our team is responsible for creator experiences on high-quality content growth support, in particular the traffic experience. Our product team collaborates closely with the recommendation engineers, data scientists, and operation teams, aiming at decreasing the negative traffic experience of creators and optimizing content distribution algorithms.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for improving the creator experience, supporting creator success on the platform, and increasing creator publishing and activeness.
• Execute product strategies to optimize the creator experience, on the basis of deeply understanding creator demands, community guidelines, and traffic strategies of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, operation, and technical teams and coordinate resources to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years + working experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
• Have enthusiasm and understanding of the content ecosystem and creators' pain points.
• Good at thinking logically, able to understand complicated situations, define problems and develop approaches to achieve goals;
• Data and result-driven, excellent in communication and project management.

Preferred Skillsets

• Great data sense, familiar with SQL is a plus.
• Experience in global-collaboration project is a plus.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93333 - $156710 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
