The Del Grande Dealer Group (DGDG) is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Product Manager who will be an integral part of the DGDG Team. This individual will help us grow the feature-set of our product line to increase functionality and reach into new markets. As a Product Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of DGDG software products with a focus on functionality and return-on-investment. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be on-site in San Jose.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Can work closely with Engineering, Marketing and other stakeholders to identify and develop functionality on multiple front-end website and back-end engineering products
• Can handle cradle-to-grave ownership of a product from product requirement & market projections through development, execution, and scaling, to product maintenance and ROI monitoring
• Will define and product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for consumer facing products
• Will work with project management to ensure execution of product milestones according to the roadmap
• Has a strong desire to learn everything about the business, while also being inclusive and sharing the learnings
• Has growth mindset with a desire to constantly improve the product and its integration with other internal and external products

Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required. MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development and/or Product Management
• 3+ years of Product Management experience preferred
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the software development process, especially website development. End-to-end understanding of the product lifecycle
• Competency in detail-oriented tasks with good documentation skills
• Good communicator with who can fluently articulate their point of view to executives and other teams

Salary: $120-$160K/annually

• Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
