Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement SME Job at The Verity Collective
We are seeking multiple individuals to help with a process excellence initiative. This is for a minimum of a yearlong project and will be a multifaceted position that will change as improvements are made.
As a process excellence SME you will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects to help shift mindsets internally and drive individuals towards better systemic results for the organization. This will involve collaboration with internal stakeholders to define problems, perform gap assessments as required, and develop a path forward to remediating existing work states. The individual will also need to determine appropriate metrics and create process maps to demonstrate how these changes will contribute to the overall improvement of internal/external programs. These positions require both social tact in dealing with multiple stakeholders and the ability to do the actual work such as the writing of documents or driving a change through to completion.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in a QA, Process Excellence, or Continuous improvement role SPECIFICALLY in a GMP, Pharmaceutical regulated environment
- Experienced at leading continuous improvement efforts such as improving documentation or simplifying processes for internal/external stakeholders
- Hands on involvement investigating and troubleshooting operations for both clinical and commercial drug products
- Must have authored, reviewed, and created technical and business documentations such as SOPs in support of GMP operations
- Experience working with and deep understanding of at least one or more of the following areas: quality operations/systems, regulatory compliance, clinical operations, or manufacturing.

Pay: $75.00 - $110.00 per hour
