Privado Experience Attendant
Rise and shine! We are looking for those who thrive in the waking hours to greet our guests doorside with fresh pastries, seasonal juice, and charismatic service with a smile. This individual will not only cater to the VIP clientele of Privado, our exclusive hotel within a resort, but also contribute to the operation by stewarding, re-stocking, and maintaining tidiness of the back of house pantry space.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee all aspects of the in-room guest experience, for example: delivering welcome fruit, re-stocking refrigerators, maintaining Coffee Café, delivering morning offering, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate VIP item delivery requests as needed
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Privado and Fairmont loyalty
Your skills and experience include:
Previous customer service related experience in a luxury setting
Prior Food & Beverage delivery experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
