Quadrus Corporation is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah.

What you’ll get to do:

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

You’ll bring these qualifications: *

• Bachelor's degree in Science and Engineering or a related technical discipline
• A minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 3 years with a Master’s; 0 years with a PhD
• Active Secret Secret Security Clearance with investigation/adjudicated within the last 6 years, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, and obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
• Systems Engineering experience including: SE process, SE experience across multiple levels of integration, and Missile experience
• Experience leading technical teams, and in managing and developing engineering requirements Experience in DOORS or similar tool

These qualifications would be nice to have:

• Extensive experience and understanding of SE process, including SE experience across multiple levels of integration
• Over 2 years of SE experience Active Top Secret clearance
• Extensive Missile experience
• Extensive background in managing and developing engineering requirements
• Operates independently with little to no supervision, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers
• Able to assimilate information from multiple sources, create coherent plans and then execute those plans
