If so, myPTsolutions is assisting our client to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant that provides just that! Our client is an outpatient occupational medicine clinic with six locations in California. This job is a full-time, direct hire position working with 12 or less patient per day. Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shift (flexible to meet patient and clinic needs.) This position will see a variety of orthopedic conditions including acute work-related injuries, pre, and post-surgical injuries and conditions, and workplace wellness and injury prevention. You will enjoy state-of-the-art equipment and well-trained staff to assist with providing excellent care.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $33 - $40 per hour based on experience
PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, continuing education allowance, and 401k.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical care to patients following the supervising Physical Therapist s plan of care.
You will support Physical Therapists and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.

Requirements of the Physical Therapist Assistant
Outgoing personality
Outpatient experienced is preferred but training available
California state PTA License
Degree from PTA Accredited Program
Must be comfortable working independently
Provide a quality customer service focus and an enthusiastic attitude
