Personal Care Coordinator Job at Fellowship Senior Living
Excellent Opportunity!
We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and caring Personal Care Coordinator to join our Fellowship Connected Living team. In this role, you will assist independent living seniors using the Livindi platform throughout New Jersey.
Position Highlights
- Administers bedside and personal care such as showers and grooming
- Prepares and maintains records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor
- Performs housekeeping duties such as meal prep, tidying up living area, and laundry
- May perform health care-related tasks such as monitoring vital signs under the direction of the registered nurses
- Transports clients to locations outside the home such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using client's motor vehicle
Requirements
- Must enjoy working with seniors with ability to provide exceptional care
- Minimum 1 year healthcare/home care experience
- Valid NJ CHHA certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills to communicate with and respond effectively to instructions and requests from clients/clinical team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must drive to multiple clients throughout the day

Job Type: Full-time, part-time and per-diem
Compensation: Up to $23 an hour
