People Services Parnter/Specialist Job at Krystal Restaurants, LLC. - Dunwoody, GA
The People Services Partner supports field and RSC operational leaders and the Director of People Services in executing on the company’s human resources initiatives. This position serves the preliminary point of contact for team members and partners with operational leaders on all HR matters & initiatives. All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support operations on Talent Life Cycle including TalentReef system for recruiting, applicant tracking, background check, and onboarding
· Identify gaps, plans to address and execution of recruitment strategies that ensures the attraction and selection of high potential talent and developing a strong field talent pipeline.
· Partners with the operations on performance management coaching and development of performance plans along with the execution of the annual performance discussion process.
· Provides consultation support to operations leaders on Employee Relations matters addressing environmental concerns, employee complaints and performance issues by conducting investigations to provide a recommendation to resolve.
· Reviews job changes: promotion, demotion, rate changes, transfers, title change & collect documentation, as appropriate, within company guidelines.
- Assist operational leaders and other team members with general HR issues/concerns.
· Partners to operations to ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to as well as ensuring that restaurants are compliant with Federal, State and local laws.
- Provide triage support to employees and leaders on miscellaneous matters not necessarily managed by People Services.
- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
· Minimum 4 years’ previous HR experience within the Food & Beverage/Restaurant Hospitality Industry, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) supporting non-management and management workforce.
· Advance knowledge of employment and labor laws and other critical federal, state and local laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADEA, etc.).
