Here is how it works. Before the class begins, you need to submit a job application and be hired to work as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA). You can do that on our website at heritagepcc.com/jobs

Starting pay for a PCA is $16.00/hour. Once you are certified as a Nursing Assistant, you will get a raise! We pay $19.00 to $22.75 per hour depending on experience, plus we pay shift differentials of $1/hr on evenings and $3/hr on nights.

The class begins with one week of ZOOM meetings. The second week is in-person at Heritage Place in Kalispell where you will practice your skills.
