Summary:

Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for U.S. Facilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for all U.S. employees.
  • Audit payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company Policy, Federal and State wage and hours laws
  • Prepare and post payroll journal entries, 401(k) contribution submissions and complete various state reporting requirements
  • Reconcile all payroll related accounts after every pay period
  • Be the main company liaison for payroll related audit inquiries (annual financial audit, 401(k) plan audit, workers comp audit and any other audits)
  • Research payroll topics and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Technical knowledge of payroll processing
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Payroll Professional designation (preferred)
  • Experience with Paycom (preferred)
