PAYROLL ASSISTANT - EXPERIENCED- TEMPORARY DETAILS:
  • Temporary position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Experienced Payroll Assistant
  • Temporary Project - Project will end in March 2023
  • Responsible for weekly processing of Anniston payroll and all
payroll related questions and reconciliations
  • Review timecards daily and make corrections as needed
  • Verify timecards comply with company policy and resolve errors and
discrepancies with employees
  • Prepares all payroll related reports
  • Transmits biweekly payroll from Epicor into PeopleSoft and prepares
month-end payroll entry
  • Records retention responsibility will consist of scanning weekly
time sheets and leave of absence forms

PAYROLL ASSISTANT - EXPERIENCED- TEMPORARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Required: Experience with processing payroll
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products with advanced knowledge
of Excel and experience with access data base and payroll systems.
  • Presents numerical data effectively
  • Maintains confidentiality
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being
employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
