Part-Time Wash Bay Technician
Reports to: Equipment & Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Booneville, MS
Hours
: Wednesday & Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Pay: Hourly
Summary
This position will assist the logistics department in washing and detailing of our fleet of tractors and trailers. This position will work closely with our drivers and truck garage personnel to schedule and coordinate our washing & detailing program. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia' s Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Wash tractors/trailers using our power wash system
- Detail interiors of tractors as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties & tasks may be assigned as position develops
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be motivated, detailed, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-Motivated
- Highly organized & time management skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution
- Team oriented
- Some knowledge of class 8 trucks is preferred
- Ability to operate tractor and trailer into a wash bay is preferred
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs if needed
- Must be able to stand/walk throughout an 8-hour shift
