Kilgore College is looking for a committed team member to be the front line of an exceptional member experience with a focus on building relationships with our customer base. The College has invested in the KC Campus Store to improve services available to students and the community, with the ultimate goal of making our store a retail environment that is welcoming to all.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the Part Time Keyholder are to perform the opening and closing of the Campus Store, while maintaining cash handling procedures and ensuring a great customer experience. All keyholders with the Campus Store team must place training and team work as a high priority.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Customer Service • Strong problem-solving skills • Point of Sale and Cash-Handling skills Preference may be given to candidates with: • Retail Experience • Merchandising Experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: Ability to lift 20-50 pounds several times during a shift Part Time Keyholders will work in several environments including; Longview Bookstore, Kilgore Campus Store and the Ranger Road Show Trailer.
Salary Range & Fringe Benefits:
The wage is $9.00-$11.00 per hour for up to 28 hours per week.
