Position Summary:
The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting in-house attorneys in various legal matters, including litigation management and discovery, contract maintenance, general legal research, and regulatory compliance matters, with a focus on litigation tasks. This position must be very self-driven, organized, detail oriented, and possess strong communication and coordination skills. Experience with handling detailed discovery tasks and interfacing with litigation counsel is strongly preferred, as well as experience with contract management software.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages and undertakes litigation discovery tasks.
- Interfaces with outside counsel on litigation management and scheduling.
- Assists legal staff in regulatory filings.
- Assists legal staff in contract management, including maintenance of contract management software.
- Provides general support for legal research tasks.
- Assists with intellectual property (trademark/patent) filings and maintenance.
- Must be able to travel infrequently.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong computer-based technical competency (MS Office, typing, CLM software experience).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- General firearms knowledge, or engineering knowledge preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
