We are looking for an Organization Development Specialist (contractor) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and facilitation of organization and culture development strategies, helping leaders mange staff through change, helping with the design and implementation of leadership development programs, and assisting in planning, coordinating, and scheduling our upcoming employee engagement survey.
Knowledge of video creation and editing desired. Some on the job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
· Assists in the the design, development, implementation, and assessment of organization and culture development strategies, programs, and processes.
· Provides guidance for all levels of leadership in the creation of a healthy, engaging, and inclusive organization/culture.
· Coordinates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimizes resistance.
· Assists in the design, development, implementation, and coordination of a comprehensive leadership development program that aligns to and supports identified organizational needs.
· Prepares and helps conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall department performance and effectiveness.
· Plans, coordinates, and conducts a broad spectrum of employee engagement activities in preparation for our upcoming engagement survey
· Performs related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.93 - $41.86 per hour
