Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

The Order Management Specialist (OM) will be responsible for supporting fiduciary related controls and actions by initiating budget allocation requests, purchase requisitions and obtaining timely approvals. Iron Mountain’s OM will ensure that Purchase/Work Order due dates are met to support IMDC’s supply base and contractors. The OM will be responsible for reconciling invoice discrepancies and reporting. The OM will drive initiatives to define Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report on metrics to business stakeholders.

Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

  • Manage budget inception requests and updates
  • Process requisitions and obtain timely approvals
  • Process supplier registration requests
  • Define and report on Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Manage, report and reconcile invoices on hold
  • Experienced in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, process documents and workflows
  • Builds internal and external relationships; fosters collaboration
  • Ability to effectively communicate in small and large group environments
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Experienced in managing complex data sets and creating reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in order management or related role
  • Experience in data centers or infrastructure service provider a strong plus
