Position Description
The Onboarding Specialist manages the full cycle pre-employment onboarding process for the health system. Partners with recruiters to create successful recruiting of talent. Provides high-level customer service to candidates and new team members. Analyzes background information as well as all required documentation processing as part of the onboarding experience.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and 2 years or more of experience in clerical/customer service. Skills required: MS Office Products. Excellent verbal/written communications. Collaborative. Time management. Detail oriented. Interpersonal/excellent customer service. Judgement/decision-making.
Preferred Requirements
Associates Degree: Business, HR. 5 years or more of experience in clerical/customer service. Preferred skills: Applicant tracking system knowledge/usage. HRIS. Background/credit check systems.
