With a next step in our growth, our team is ready to welcome a detail oriented and organized Technical Support Representative to our Service Department.
The ideal person for this role can interface with customers and accurately relay their needs to our Technical Service Manager. This person will also be tasked with keeping the department organized and be laser focused on excellent internal and external communications.

Hiring range for this position is $17-$22/hour (based on experience)

**This is an in-office position located in our Elk Grove Village, IL office**
**Work schedule through the training period would be M-F from 7 AM - 4 PM**
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to gain details about their specific service need, relay process information, and respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Gather customer’s information, organize details, and input into database
- Accurately process and record call transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Technical Service Manager
- Confirm service appointments with customers
- Input all information into the CRM system
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Work with the Technical Support Manager and Accounting Team to generate invoices
- Additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Experience with maintaining a shared database
- A high degree of interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet hard and fast deadlines
- Sense of urgency while managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Solutions oriented with process improvement experience
Experience:
- 1-3 years customer service experience
- 1-3 years administrative experience
Hiring range for this position is $17-$22/hour (based on experience)
