Qualifications:
- Eligible to be appointed by Civil Service
- Associate's degree in a field related to office technology and two (2) years experience in the utilization of software to create or deign specialized forms, reports, or models; or
- High School Diploma or equivalent and four (4) years experience in the utilization of software to create or design specialized forms, reports, or models; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the above
- Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide first level telephone support to customers for all aspects of application system software
- Train and assist school district personnel to use administrative software applications
- Provide helpdesk support for various software applications and services for component districts
Salary: $53,387 (per UPSEU contractual guidelines)
