• Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.
• Prior experience in a sub-acute/ skilled nursing facility setting is required
• Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life
• Must have SNF experience.

A Per Diem Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located on the top of Long Island in Greenport, NY. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Must have SNF experience.

Facility is located in the heart of Long Island’s beautiful North Fork; The 120 bed facility is a sub-acute & skilled nursing facility where you would be working with both short-term rehab and long-term care patients in mainly the geriatric population. Facility boasts a fantastic rehab director and a rehab team that works well together, supports one another, and most importantly has fun together! We are a small, interdisciplinary-focused, team-oriented group offering a friendly work environment that strives to utilize the full scope of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to achieve patient outcomes. Right off County Rd 48, minutes from the heart of the Greenport Village, the beach, and wine country! SNF experience a plus, but will train right fit. Weekday availability a plus.
