National School Recruiter Job at TherapyTravelers
As a National School Recruiter at TherapyTravelers, you will be sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placing top talent on contract assignments in the life sciences industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execution of internal operations, including but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining a network of contract employees in life sciences within your assigned vertical.
- Serves as a resource for contractors regarding the marketplace, project opportunities, career guidance, and development.
- Management of sourcing lists.
- Open communication with cross-functional and direct team members (BD, recruiters, field support, etc.).
- Execution of outbound dial and electronic outreach deliverables.
- Consistently check in with the Recruitment Manager on a frequent basis (weekly 1on1s, team meetings, e-mails).
- Include Recruitment Manager in all submittals to BD.
- Draft submittal notes that are client-facing.
- Attend weekly pending meetings, team and company meetings.
- Attend kick-off calls and be prepared to ask questions on the role.
- Effectively utilize Target Recruit as a relationship management technology tool.
- Update candidate call notes and emails into Target Recruit for documentation purposes.
- Participate in team activities.
- Assist in onboarding and review of contracts with candidates when field support needs assistance.
- Assist BD in scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Maintains ongoing relationships with contractors during and following contract assignments.
- Pre-screen candidates to determine technical skillset and career goals.
- Delivers and supports the delivery of qualified candidates to the clients.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Follows set processes and procedures for the recruiting process.
- Uncover lead information during candidate engagements and interactions.
- Seeks out feedback from the team on strengths (what to continue doing) and areas of opportunity (Training on all verticals to learn about TherapyTravelers as a whole.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, or related experience.
- Computer and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
