What You Will Be Doing

• Train and/or safely operate Ready-Mix trucks with timely deliveries and order accuracy
• Complete routine maintenance of equipment, including reporting minor mechanical issues timely and thorough cleanliness of unit daily
• Contribute to keeping areas in and around the plant clean and hazard free
• Comply with BURNCO policies and local, state, and federal regulations including DOT and company driving requirements
• Complete required paperwork such as proper pre-trip/post-trip inspections (DVIRs) and work orders
• Cross train as needed

Reality of the Job

• You might work some long hours during peak times
• 21+ years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to manage emotions in stressful or frustrating situations
• Ability to learn the various Ready-Mix designs and material components such as admixtures, slump/water ratios, and concrete properties/consistencies
• Ability to work irregular hours and maintaining proper attendance
• Flexibility to work from other BURNCO Plants based on business needs
• Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork
• Ability to pass PSP, MVR, background check, drug & alcohol testing, and a physical assessment

Wage Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour plus OT

Annual Income Potential: $65,000 to $85,000 +
