Our cosmetic manufacturing plant hopes to find a qualified applicant to fill the open position of Merchant Fulfillment Associate. We're looking for a creative thinker to share his or her ideas and help implement new strategies to benefit the business. Responsibilities
· Pick, pack and ship customers’ orders to their addresses in a time-efficient and accurate manner.
· Work with Merchant Coordinator to resolve any issues: such as damaged goods, late orders, returned products, etc.
· Assure adequate supply of products and maintain a clean working area.
· Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
· Printing and organizing batches
· Refill stock
· Ensure communication with team about progress
· Data entry, i.e. Enter inventory, order requests, updating spreadsheets
Requirements & Qualifications
· Excellent listening skills
· Able to maintain an efficient pace
· Must have reliable transportation
· Attention to detail
· Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail
