DUTIES
Answering Phones.- Keeping a helpful and cheerful disposition.
- Be knowledgeable of resort operating procedures.
- Making reservations.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient office area.
QUALIFICATIONS
General knowledge of computer operations.- Speak, read, and write the English language fluently.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Must be able to hear and respond over the telephone.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Motivated and able to keep organized.
- Excited to learn new things and able to adapt to changes well.
- Good inter-personal skills.
