We are currently hiring for our Billing Specialist position. The ideal candidate for this position needs strong customer service skills, an aptitude for math and an interest in helping customers as well as a solid understanding of customer credits and billing. The successful candidate will be working in our offices in Madison, WI. This position will provide ample opportunity to interact with our partners and network with other professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Enter insurance claims into billing system.
- Verify coverage information on claims.
- Process payments.,Submit payment and receivables to third party.
- Establish relationships with insurance companies.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Send billing notices to the insurance companies.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Manage accounts payable.,Process receipts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
