PATIENT MEDICAL SCHEDULER – REMOTE – AFTERNOONS REQUIRED - BILINGUAL a PLUS

We are looking for people in the PST or MN time zones to fill our late afternoon EST time slots.

Part Time (afternoons required) or Full Time

We require recent experience scheduling office visits in an EMR (Epic experience a huge PLUS)

We provide a mandatory 2-4 weeks of protocol training for which you will be paid $60 per day for 4 hours of training daily. Post training, you can ramp up to earn $20+ per hour as you continue to work through the process and build your expertise, with our support. Our goal will be to help you achieve the higher earnings. Once you have achieved and sustained your increased hourly rate, we will transition you to transaction-based pay so that you can increase your hours worked and therefore, your earnings. While you are on transaction-based pay, we supply a base until you achieve $20 an hour on a transaction basis. You control your earnings!

IDEAL CANDIDATES – REQUIREMENTS:

· Bilingual is a PLUS!

MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY REQUIRED

· Minimum 2+ years recent (within 3 years) experience in a Physician’s office or Medical Center Registration/Scheduling office. Must have worked in an EMR doing patient registrations, understand visit types and have experience dealing with patients.

· Ability to triage patient requirements in a multi-specialty environment

· EPIC experience a bonus!

· WINDOWS 10 Computer and high-speed internet required

· Good Phone presence required.

· Excellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills necessary.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00+ per hour

Earn more on transaction- based pay after initial period
