$750 Sign on Bonus for qualified applicant after completion of 90 days.
Requirements:Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve patient satisfaction and relationship.
- Scanning or updating pertinent patient information in EMR
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule visits for our patients
- Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
- Obtain patient vitals, medical histories, medication lists, and surgical history.
- Prepare patient electronic charts.
- Assist the healthcare provider with examinations and procedures.
- Perform routine procedures under established protocols including but not limited to:
- Venipuncture
- EKG
- Therapeutic injections
- Practice safety, environmental, and infection control methods.
- Assist with front office support as needed.
- Any additional duties assigned.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant program graduate or 1 year prior experience as a Medical Assistant
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- CPR or BLS certificate
- Medical terminology
- Must pass background check
- PTO, paid holidays, 401K profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, long & short term disability insurance also offered
- Pay: (depending on experience and credentials)
