Qualifications or Skills:
- This position is a "hands on" maintenance position.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- On the job maintenance experience preferred, Technical training in Maintenance preferred.
Job Duties:
- On the job teaching and coaching team members
- Conducts machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs production machines.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
