Leasing Agent Job at Bridge Housing Corporation
BRIDGE Housing strengthens communities by developing, owning and managing high quality affordable homes for working families and seniors. We are looking for a detail-oriented Leasing Agent to support operations at a property in Carlsbad, CA.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing and administrative support. This position requires outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Field phone calls regarding vacancies
- Process applications
- Process recertification files
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Provide customer service to residents
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work with diverse individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, Yardi experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through
Preferred
- Knowledge of CA tenant law & Fair Housing laws
- Bilingual
- Sense of humor
- Interest in real estate/property management and non-profit work
