Summary:
Goldbelt Nisga’a TEK, LLC is seeking a Lead Training Instructor.
Essential Job Functions:
- Personnel Management of daily staff operations of courses and duties assigned by the Training Manager
- Works with training manager and clinical training manager to develop support plans and workflow for class/course preparations
- Directs training staff on daily works assignments and schedules
- Reviews instructor training schedules and plans for completeness and submits training plans to training manager for review
- Serves as the direct supervisor for travel related to mobile training teams (MTT)
- Responsible for ensuring all post course details are provided by the training staff in required time
- Ensures class/courses run efficiently and challenges to training are transparent to customer
- Tracks staff instructor certification and evaluation requirements to ensure compliance with PWS
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience collaborating with a team.
- Shall have management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
- Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure.
- Shall have experience with the military training concepts and organizational structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum four (4) years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above) with troop leading experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
