$25 - $30 an hour
Must be able to work well with others. Must have own hand tools. Must be able to perform tasks independently in all aspects of residential carpentry, new construction and high-end remodeling. Ability to lead a crew of 1-4 guys depending on the job. Must be able to do materials takeoffs and order the correct and proper amount of materials for the current project. Must be able to perform and push the men to work in a manner to effectively, efficiently and safely do the job in a timely manner.
