Landscape Crew Leader Job at Palmetto Lot Maintenance LLC
Palmetto Lot Maintenance is looking for a full time Landscape Crew Leader to oversee and assist with, lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.
Job duties include the following:
- Work includes managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, monitoring work quality and work schedules, insuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback.
- Ability to self manage schedule as it pertains to the property list.
- Keeping service truck in a clean working order.
- Reporting any truck or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Ability to recognize cleanliness and keep up with high traffic areas within parking lots.
- Ability to safely operate company truck and landscape equipment.
- Acting in a professional manner with clients.
Job Requirements:
- A clean driving record is required for this position.
- A valid drivers license for the state of South Carolina.
- Must be familiar with the Charleston area.
- A teachable attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
